Tapes and Films

Tapes are manufactured to the highest standard using high temperature silicone or acrylic adhesives. Combining premium backing materials with high performance adhesives, we manufacture some of the most specialized tapes available. Many of our own PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are made bondable on one side and are converted into adhesive tapes. A number of our tapes enter service in diverse industries including: Packaging, Food Processing, Aerospace, Electrical / Electronics, Molding etc.

PTFE and Silicone coated fabrics are designed for a number of applications in diverse industries when certain important factors come into play such as high temperature, non-stick, chemical resistance, and dimension stability.

We manufacture over 50 styles of PTFE coated fabrics from 0.003 to 0.030 thick. Our coating percentages by weight ranges from 15% to over 60%.

Most applications use our Standard Grade with a heavy PTFE coating and smooth surface. Applications include:
  • a release fabric covering plastic sealing wires
  • baking sheets
  • chemical resistant gaskets or seals
  • covers for thermal laminating presses
  • etc.
In addition, we can make the coatings UV resistant, crease and tear resistant and even semi-conductive for static bleed-off!
